Directed a program of research on the impact of advanced technology systems on learning and teaching, primarily learning and teaching in the sciences, particularly chemistry. My research and development were in advanced multimedia systems and virtual environments to support student collaboration in college chemistry. I also directed the evaluation of large-scale, government-funded educational technology implementation projects, such as the Virtual High School and the World Links for Development.
